Jeffrey Bayer joined Care to Care in January 2012 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he directs the company’s financial management and strategy and is one of the company’s key governing executives. His primary focus is to assure proper accounting and financial controls and to integrate the financial function with day-to-day operations.

Mr. Bayer is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career over 30 years ago working for national accounting firm BDO. As a healthcare financial executive for the past 15 years, he has overseen financial operations for a hospital, a multi-specialty medical group and a surgical center. Working with a group of physicians, he developed an Independent Practice Association and a Managed Care Organization. In all of these positions he implemented sophisticated financial management systems and controls. His experience raising capital for start-up and other early-stage organizations has helped those companies accelerate their business development plans.

Mr. Bayer is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration.
