Prior to joining Care to Care, Mr. Howat served as Vice President of Business Development at Care Management Technologies, a data analytics and decision support solutions provider based in North Carolina.  He has served in senior leadership roles with responsibility for sales and marketing, product development, and brand management at such companies as HealthMedia, Inc. (division of Johnson & Johnson), Miavita, Inc. (division of Alere), Time Warner, and Simon & Schuster.

Mr. Howat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude with departmental honors.
