Bringing a wealth of clinical experience and a passion for care management to Care to Care, Ms. Reed has been a Registered Nurse in the State of New York for 19 years. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including ICU, CCU, ER (triage), medical surgical, oncology, orthopedics, dialysis, and radiology.

For the past ten years, she has worked in radiology benefits management (RBM) primarily for CareCore National, LLC from 2000 to 2011, serving in a variety of clinical leadership roles. Most recently, she was the Clinical Development Lead working with the Chief Medical Officer on all clinical projects, including the conversion of evidence-based guidelines into clinical pathways. Her specialties include development and implementation of clinical training programs for all client- and clinical-facing staff. She has also been involved with auditing and inter-rater testing to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and is proficient in researching clinical guidelines for Medicaid and Medicare, including national coverage determinations (NCDs) and local coverage determinations (LCDs). Ms. Reed has a degree in Nursing from Dutchess College and is licensed in the State of New York.
