Wanda Tatum, Manager, Call Center OperationsWanda Tatum combines the key attributes Care to Care values when it comes to our Call Center Services. Responsible for overseeing our Call Center operations, Ms. Tatum offers more than ten years of successfully managing and directing such operations for various businesses including business process outsourcing and insurance. Formerly a Director of Members, she believes that Call Centers are Customer Service Centers. And she has built into our Call Center service model the concept of promptly responding to the questions and needs of our payers, providers and patients.


In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Walden College, Ms. Tatum’s superior achievements in Call Center service have made her expert in handling and resolving “customer” issues and concerns. She continually earns high customer satisfaction ratings, while maintaining reduced caller wait times. In addition she is fully knowledgeable and up to date on Medicare, Medicaid and other government programs.
