Ilene Wikler joined Care to Care in 2010, bringing with her a wealth of healthcare experience and expertise. Prior to joining Care to Care, Ms. Wikler worked for Affinity Health Plan where she focused on policy, regulatory compliance and quality improvement. In addition, her 25+ years of in-depth experience in hospital, healthcare technology and managed care has helped her to fully understand the day-to-day challenges of delivering quality health care and also the focus and skills to successfully manage the many regulatory requirements payers face.

As Care to Care’s VP of Compliance and Quality Assurance, Ms. Wikler ensures the quality and accuracy of the services which we provide to providers, payers and patients. She is passionate about all aspects of healthcare and dedicated to getting the job done right. Having managed the delivery of care, Ms. Wikler has a keen perspective of compliance issues and the key impact they have on Care to Care’s ability to fulfill our mission of ensuring quality, cost-effective radiology services.

Ms. Wikler holds a Bachelor’s degree from Barnard College, Columbia University and a Masters of Public Administration from New York University.
