PRESS RELEASE: Care to Care Announces Three Senior-Level Appointments
New York, NY (January 25, 2012) – Care to Care, a URAC-accredited Radiology Benefit Management (RBM) company, announced today that it has named three women to enior-level management positions.
Carol Folkman, who has 20 years of experience managing a broad range of programs that improve financial and clinical outcomes for healthcare service organizations, has been appointed Vice President of Client Services. Lee C. Reed, RN has worked over the past 19 years in a range of clinical and administrative settings that includes ICU, CCU, ER (triage), medical surgical, oncology, orthopedics, dialysis, and radiology benefits management, has been named Director of Clinical Services. With 25 years of managerial and executive-level experience in leading and initiating personnel development programs for customer service and call center operations, Doreen Wilburn-Smith will serve as Care to Care’s Director of Call Center Operations.
