NEW YORK, NY – Care to Care, a radiology benefit management company, announced the appointment of Kevin J. Howat as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Aman Bhasin as Chief Information Officer.

Kevin Howat brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, strategic planning, account and general management experience to his role as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Care to Care, where he has senior management responsibility for all market-facing functions. His solutions-oriented approach to business expansion has been developed through the careful understanding, analysis and solutions creation for a broad range of client needs. Mr. Howat leverages his deep knowledge of data analytics, decision support systems, and health information technology to help payer clients develop sophisticated approaches to dealing with the healthcare challenges they face in both government and private sectors.
Prior to joining Care to Care, Mr. Howat served as Vice President of Business Development at Care Management Technologies, a data analytics and decision support solutions provider based in North Carolina.
